As a Community Manager at CodeMonya, you will play a pivotal role in content creation and nurturing the campus ambassador program. Your responsibilities will include:
Content Creation: Craft engaging and informative weekly content tailored to our audience, focusing on coding, cybersecurity, data engineering and cloud engineering. This involves researching, writing and editing blog posts, WhatsApp snippets and interactive polls.
- Content Distribution: Execute a comprehensive content strategy to ensure our materials reach our target audience effectively, creating a content calendar with any necessary software.
- Campus Ambassador Management: Coordinate with campus ambassadors to facilitate engagement and promote our upcoming boot camp across our WhatsApp groups. Provide support, guidance and resources for each university ambassador to curate for their campus
- Measurement and Analysis: Monitor and analyse engagement metrics, webinar attendance and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of our content and ambassador program. Use insights to refine future content and improve overall student engagement. This will be part of the preparation for bi-weekly calls with the team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for leadership, technology and education.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong research skills
- Proactive and adaptable, willing to iterate on content based on feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program (e.g., English, Journalism, Computer Science, Information Technology, Education).
